From our warehouse in the Netherlands, we ship worldwide to (almost) all countries. All parcels are traceable and fully insured. You only pay the shipping costs once for your total order, it doesn't matter how many models you order.

Mail delays

In some countries customers are experiencing delays in receiving mail parcels.

For Europe, please expect mail delays to Bulgaria, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Ukraine. If possible please choose DPD or UPS.
Outside Europe please expect delays for: Australia, Canada, Colombia, Japan, the UK and the US.

* The quality and availability of tracing information depends on the postal service in your country. Some countries outside the E.U. don't provide tracing information (parcels to these countries are still fully insured however).
** Shipping times are indicative only. To countries outside the EU local customs may hold a parcel for a few days, causing extra shipping time.

In the postal system unexpected delays may occur. A delay can never be a reason for a refund. Only if the mail company confirms that a parcel is lost a full refund will be applied.

Shipping schedule

Orders are usually sent on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you order (and pay) on these days before 11:30 a.m. your order should be shipped the same day. If it's very busy we might not be able to pack all orders, then the remainder will be sent the next business day.
DPD and UPS parcels are usually packed until 14:00, but this is not guaranteed.
